Away from the business of the streets, with no need to fight for parking space, lies Mountain View Bodywork and Massage.  I graduated from Florida College of Natural Health with and Associates Degree in Natural Health in 1999.  From there I continued to expand my knowledge in massage therapy, learning different modalities that will benefit the body in recovering from muscular injuries and discomfort. I am certified and a provider in the Graston Technique.  An effective way in treating tissue injuries using instruments that's been clinically proven to achieve faster and better outcomes in treatment.  I have had training in Neromuscular, Sports Massage, and Dry Cupping.  Along with treating muscular injuries, we must also maintain our body in a preventive measure.  We offer Swedish, Deep-tissue, Hot Stones, and Bamboo massage.  These modalities have many benefits, including but not limited to Stress and tension relieving, increase of circulation to the tissue, hydrating the tissue which helps the muscles work more efficiently by receiving nutrients to the muscle and effectively removing toxins from the muscle that are produced when we put our muscles to work.  I got into this line of work because i have a passion to help those suffering from muscular pain.  It brings me great joy when I help someone enjoy life a little better.
