Unprofessional dress, dirty shoes, hair style, and constantly sniffing a runny nose; very fast jerky movements; rough handling when wiping off oil; when massaging neck put to much pressure to front of throat creating feeling of being choked; my impression she was in a hurry to get finished. I am usually pleased with care from this establishment. I was disappointed and surprised at level of care on this visit. I suggest Ari give other therapists a massage for guidance.
