Biography

Daniel grew up in the Bay Area of Northern California. There he participated in sports such as wrestling, track and field, volleyball, and Tae Kwon Do. As he got older, he developed a passion for bodybuilding and gradually bettered his physique through constant dedication. Deep Tissue/Myofascial Massage

Massage for the everyday person. Firm to deep pressure is used to target the deeper layers of the body to realign muscle & fascia, reduce chronic or acute tension, and relieve pain. Myofascial, Passive Movement, and Trigger Point techniques are typically used in these sessions. Clients are not required to actively participate in the massage except for communicating with the therapist.

Sports Massage

Massage geared towards athletes and active people that are looking for increased performance, greater mobility, improved recovery, and injury treatment & prevention. Sports massages require active participation from the client to maximize results. Trigger Point, Pin & Stretch, Active Release, & Myofascial techniques are used in these sessions. Sports sessions are typically done in sportswear (shorts for men and sports bra/shorts for women).
