Myofascial Release/Deep Tissue

Every session is customized to remove tension, relieve pain and realign your body. These types of sessions are not meant for relaxation but to optimize volume, mobility, and the performance of your muscles. Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy and A.R.T. (Active Release Technique), techniques are used in this massage.

Sports Massage

Sports massage uses a variety of massage techniques designed to help your body feel freer and stronger. It is particularly effective for those with active lifestyles. Assisted stretches and IASTM (Rockblades and Muscle Floss) can used in these massages. Typically done in sports wear such as shorts for men and sports bra/shorts for females to allow for movement and tissue accessibility for manual therapy or tools.

Tools Session

A Tools session will use Cups and RockBlades. Rockfloss can be used by request. Cups are used to create negative pressure which lifts the tissues up into the cups. This can promote blood flow to restricted areas, increase lymphatic drainage and break up adhesions/knots. Marks will appear more often than not but will dissipate. RockBlades are dull stainless steel tools that are known for their versatility. They can be used for light draining of the lymphatics but then can also be used for deep tissue work.
