The ambiance is neutral. It is bare-bones, the table is comfortable, lighting could be improved. It is very bright as I entered and then a little too dark after the massage, not sure if a dimmer could be used for the main lighting. Sharon could state the massage is over and ask if there anything else needed. The cupping seems to help the tightness across my shoulders.

Sharon has just moved into her private practice. Her space is not filled with expensive products where you feel compelled to purchase. She isn't a sales person for any company. Her work sells itself. She spends her time on making you feel better. She spends money on continued training instead of posh surroundings. Her space is calming, serene, and unpretentious. You spend the bulk of your time with you face staring at the floor. I would rather have a therapist that is interested in helping me than trying to impress me. I have been a patient of Sharon's for years. I have rheumatoid arthritis, and I know I am still walking because of her dedicated care. If you have pain, massage therapy can be a great way to augment your doctor's care. (Always check with your doctor.) Don't be fooled by those walk ins or low cost "mall" massages that make you sign a contract. They try to up sale you on everything. Also, you may never get the same therapist twice. Sharon knows me, what is wrong with me, and how to best help me. I cannot stress enough how much of your stress you can live without with Sharon's help.

If you get a massage from Sharon you will never go anywhere else again. She has a gift for finding all the areas that need it. I live in TN but only go to Sharon when I am in town. Going to anyone else would be disappointing after experiencing her service!

I have been seeing Sharon for only a month for a sports injury. I have been to many massage therapists, and Sharon is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever been too!! She is extremely knowledgeable and her vast knowledge on the human body, kinesiology, and massage is perfection!! She gives the best massages (and she is strong) and she truly enjoys helping people!!
