About Us

Hi my name is Stacey Swank! I've been practicing massage since 2009. I got certified in Delta, CO. Later I attended the Boulder College of Massage Therapy receiving my associates with my main focus of studies being sports and orthopedic massage.

My main goal is to help every client feel more relaxed, less stressed and leave without the pain they came in with.

Every client is important to me and I always try to help each client by creating a customized plan based on their personal circumstances, whether you are here to just relax and get rid of the stress and anxiety that life creates or whether you are wanting to alleviate pain and begin to heal from injuries, surgery or stress and tension caused by repetitive use and bad posture.

I use techniques which best suit you, whether it is swedish, deep tissue or medical massage for ailments such as headache, sciatica, neck and shoulder injuries, post surgery recovery, etc. or a combination of all of these together. Unfortunately, pain is a part of life. At some point in our life we are all going to experience pain somewhere. If this is part of your story, let me help you to change it. Pain is often brought on by inflammation in the body, generally from a muscular imbalance, poor posture or too much sitting. With a regularly scheduled massage your can help yourself to be less apt to experience pain. If you are already in pain, I can help! I specialize in neck, low back and hip pain.
I can help you to relieve this pain through a multitude of different massage techniques. I have had 1400 hours of training and am constantly reading articles and looking at different courses to take in order to help me to help you.
I also offer CBD Massage and products. CBD is a type of cannabidiol, which is a chemical that occurs naturally in cannabis plants. CBD reduces inflammation and pain throughout the body. It is often used for chronic pain relief, arthritis, anxiety, depression and sleeping disorders, among many other things. The great thing about CBD is it is an adaptogen which means that it adapts to what your body needs. So if you have troubles sleeping it will help with that, on the other hand, if you are tired all the time it gives your body what it needs to energize. CBD is non pychoactive and does not show up on a drug test.
