My name is McKenna, and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist! My goal is to work with you in this hectic, fast paced moving life. To put away the world for a desired amount of time. Focus on what it is your body is telling you daily, that it needs, as well as your mind's needs, and your spirit's needs in this everyday life. I strive to work my hardest with you to find out the needs of your mind, body, and spirit. Then create a personalized therapeutic massage to begin to bring a balance and unite the three in these fast paced times.

My goal is to unite the mind, body, and spirit through the gift of touch.
I have not always been united in mind, body, and spirit, but with the power of touch I have been able to change that and find a balance between the three. I am now dedicated to helping people through the power of touch to unite their own mind, body, and spirit. I am trained in a variety of modalities; Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Sports 1, Aromatherapy. As well as prenatal massage.
I am a Colorado native, growing up in the Green Mountain area in Lakewood. I attended Colorado School of Healing Arts where I received my 700hr massage certification. Located in the Green Mountain area in Lakewood is my space in my own home where I invite you into!
Personal hobbies include reading, enjoying music, hooping, crafting, and enjoying the great outdoors Colorado has to offer! I also am very interested in essential oils, herbs, and crystals. I am looking how to use all of them to help promote healing in the body, don't hesitate to ask about working with these tools for your massage to facilitate more healing!
