I graduated from Port Townsend School of Massage back in the summer of 2019! Fresh out of school I worked at a spa on Whidbey Island, this is where I perfected my Swedish and relaxation techniques. From there I moved to the beautiful state of Hawaii! Continuing to learn and mature my craft as a therapist. I am currently licensed in Washington & Hawaii. In the three and a half years practicing I've taken many continuing education courses. Taking my already developed keen sense of intuition to the next level. I always say you must meet each client where they are in that particular day. Our bodies tend to be slightly different with each day. Meaning if the client needs an hour to get away from their stressful reality or just time to unwind, we shall focus on relaxation. If a client comes in with chronic pain or an injury the end goal is to get them back to their regular activities of daily life without pain (walking the dog, writing, running, driving, ect.). As a team we will create a plan to get you back to your normal state. By meeting people where they are, greater work is accomplished.
My main goal as a therapist is to bring my clients back to homeostasis. This in essence means equilibrium and optimal functionality. I provide a safe place for those to heal. My specialties include: Swedish relaxation, Deep Tissue massage, Headache Treatment, Hot stone massage, Chair massage, Injury treatment, sports massage, and couple's massage. Thank you for reading!
