The Holistic Family proudly offers a variety of complementary and alternative healing services for men, women, and children of all ages at our Wellness Center - conveniently located on the 2nd floor of Citizens Bank across from Target in Lakeville.
Our Integrative Bodywork sessions address both common ailments and chronic health conditions. Michele offers Massage Therapy, Reflexology, and Reiki to relieve stress and tension while promoting deep relaxation and a renewed sense of wellbeing. Ben provides Massage Therapy using clinical techniques to focus on reducing pain, restoring proper alignment, and improving overall function.

I had a Therapeutic Massage with Ben. I have had some long-standing stiffness in my low and through my Rotator Cuff. Ben was able to find and work on my problem areas and was very good about getting my feedback on pressure and pain. He gave me some advice on things to do at home to keep my muscles loose until I'm able to come back for another massage. I woke up the next morning feeling better than I have in a long time! I'll be back for more therapeutic massage in the future!

I loved everything about my massage experience at The Holistic Family. The intake paperwork was short and simple (and we actually talked about what I had written), the environment was quiet, comforting, and relaxing, and the table warmer was amazing for keeping me warm and relaxed! The location is very convenient being right off the freeway, and I finished up some errands at Target right after my massage. Between the location, experience, and staff, I'm sure I will be back many times in the future!
