What drew me to massage, was having the ability, and knowledge to help someone that was in pain, through muscle therapy. In the six years that I have been a therapist,  I have learned different modalities that have helped clients with their pain or medical conditions. Some of those modalities include; being certified in prenatal, hot stone, and Vedic tai on the table. I also have learned some myofascial, trigger point, and stretching. I am available in Wellington, and also being a mobile therapist as well. In the time I am not massaging, you can find me kayaking, and camping with my dog, training in olympic lifting, and crossfitting.
