With over 12 years experience in both the therapy & pampering sides of massage, every session is customized to suit your personal goals. I use a blend of nueromuscular therapy, relaxation, sports and stretching techniques during each massage session.  My intent is that you leave with improved mobility, decreased pain and an overall relaxed state of mind <3  
Spa Packages are customize-able and the goal is to feel comfortable & relaxed throughout your session. Every person is welcome & services are performed with Southern Charm & hospitality!
