At the Refresh Me Center we care about helping people feel refreshed, and getting rid of the everyday stress that the world holds for us on a daily basis. We offer massage and facials in the Spa area. Our building holds several different services including a salon for your hair care. We have full service adult dentistry. Our massage department focuses on each clients' individual needs. We offer relaxing semi-medical attention to help regain range of motion or help with aches and pains that come from everyday life, stress, and work. Relaxation and rejuvenation of mind, body and sprit.

Veronica is a graduate of Miller Mott College in Columbus, GA since 2014. Veronica has a medical massage background and previously worked closely with a Chiropractic office to treat pain management, sports injury and Chiropractic clients. "Years ago I read an article stating that over 60% of adults experience some kind of low back pain. It doesn't need to be that way. I am truly passionate about massage and love helping people." Veronica specializes in working with clients who experience pain...often the culprit is a muscular imbalance brought on by an injury, poor posture, or too much time sitting. She helps relax tired, over-stressed muscles that are pulling bones out of alignment and bring them back to a more natural, healthy and flexible state. I had a hot stone massage and foot massage with Veronica, and she did an awesome job working on all my knots and tension. She’s great if you are looking for a deep-tissue massage. In addition to having strong hands and good technique, she is kind and attentive. Even though this was our first meeting, she felt like an old friend. I booked another appointment with her before I left the building.
