I am a licensed massage therapist in the state of Colorado and I am fully insured through ABMP. I graduated from the Boulder School of Massage Therapy and got my AOS degree in Sports and Orthopedic. I've been practicing massage for 12 years.

In addition to being a massage therapist, I am also a Level 2 CrossFit Trainer. As a L2 CF trainer I have learned to assess one's movement and how to help prevent and rehab musculoskeletal injuries.

When I am not massaging, I enjoy spending a lot of play time with my family.
I love taking road trips and seeing random roadside attractions, hiking and spending summer weekends at the lake fishing with my family.
 I grew up running and love hitting the pavement in the mornings. I have done a few races like the Boulder Bolder, Boulder Backroads, 5430 team sprint triathlon. CrossFit has been a huge part of my life, I try to get in a workout as much as I can. I strive to be better than yesterday.
