I received 750 hours of initial massage training at Southeastern Institute with a foundation in Neuromuscular therapy, in 2010. Since then I have recived additonal training in Orthopedic massage, and Reflexology. In the future I plan to become certified in both.

I believe that massage is more than a fancy frill, or a luxury. The benefits of frequent massage are amazing. I also believe that health is wealth. You can not be your best if you don't feel your best, which is why I offer herbal supplements from Nature's Sunshine. The absolute best in dietary and nutritional supplements. 

In 2012-2013 I was told I needed to take medicine prescribed by my Doctor. (The Doctor knows best right) after taking the medicine for about 3 days I had no energy, no drive, and I was in excruciating pain. There had to be a better way to handle this. I could barely get out of the bed, because I was in so much pain. I resorted to herbal medicine and now all is well. I am alive and healthy and ready to help other people with their interest in herbal medicine. 

So you can know me a little better, My favorite book is The Hobbit! or Lord of the Rings, I can't really make my mind up as to which I like best. I do like hockey although I don't really keep up with scores, rankings etc. I just like to watch the games. I enjoy social times with friends, and family. I also like all things herbal
