My specialty is Reflexology. My motto is "Love your feet and your body will love you!" For me it is important to make sure that I am balanced, centered and open to growing into what helps me to be the best me that I can be. It is also important for me to be of service to others. To help others remember their own center, their sanctuary within. Reiki and Meditation are also lifestyle practices that help to align and nourish our souls.
