After studying and working in Chicago, I decided to return home to Western Illinois where I met my husband and settled in Knoxville, IL. While I typically use deep tissue massage techniques, I am also well-versed in relaxing Swedish massage techniques and hold certifications in pre and postnatal massage therapy, sports massage, and cupping therapy. I tailor each massage to every clients specific needs and have a very holistic practice, advising that wellness care be of the upmost importance when striving for optimal health. In my spare time I enjoy running, reading, cooking, and spending time with my family.
