Ms. Charnell did a good job with relaxing my muscles and doing what she does. However, I was seen 5 minutes after my appointment despite being 5 minutes ahead of time. After a few minutes of introductions and verifying my pre-submitted personal history on-line, she went to work but ended the session 7 minutes before actual end of appointment. Do the math. Also, the first thing that hit my senses when entering the session room was the musty smell which proved difficult to ignore. I hope she invests a bit more in her "shop" because the dividends will make it worth it both for her as a business person and her clients.

The masseuse was fantastic. Very professional and kind. For that reason alone I would consider coming back. However, I mentioned a couple different times that I would like firmer pressure, and it only increased for about a minute or so and then right back to very soft/plain strokes. For it to be a 5 star, the massage has to have some pressure and it was very soft at best. Just trying to help...

Her office is in another business so it was a little hard to find. I looked for the sign in the window on the way out and found it but it's black and kind of hard to see. The only way I found it was by the address. I might help to put that it's located in the other office in larger print in the Groupon. I saw it on the paper once I was there. But the print was small and I didn't notice it. Not trying to sound negative just trying too give helpful input. Glad I chose this therapist.

Charnell is an excellent masseuse. My first visit was because of a groupon, and shortly after that I signed up for weekly massages. That was ~18 months ago, since then she has helped me greatly by helping to resolve back pain, sore muscles, and chronic leg and foot cramps. Every visit she asks if there are any specific issues I'd like her to focus on and by the end of the massage if the problem isn't completely resolved it is immensely better. I look forward to continuing our weekly massages and would recommend Cast Away Therapies to anyone.
