Eastern bliss with Kristen was an amazing experience. I have had relaxation massages with her before which have always been amazing. However, the eastern bliss was truly deep tissue massage and I felt my body to be drastically alert and find myself holding my posture better immediately after. I'm now a convert and will be requesting it for my next one as well!

I have enjoyed several massages with Kristen, and recently experienced her Miracle Worker. She was so very gentle as she massaged my face, arms, neck and shoulders with fragrant oils, a mask, hot stones, and other methods that left my skin feeling refreshed and vibrant. The effect lingered for days, and was especially beneficial since I had it done three weeks in a row. Miracle Worker is a must try!

I've had several years of medical massage therapy and Kristen is quite talented. She has a nack for finding the difficult spots and a graceful effective way to get the whole body fluidly functioning and the various parts talking to each other again.

Kristen is very passionate about helping clients achieve overall well being. She takes time to explain and show stretches and other ways to help heal. The studio is in her home, which is the only reason I gave it an "okay". While the massage room is very much like a spa massage room, clients just need to know that they are going into a residential neighborhood.

Absolutely AMAZING! Best massage experience ever, definitely 5 stars! Kristen was so kind but also so professional. She really listened to the experience I specifically was hoping to get out of the massage, and what things I did or didn't like about previous massage experiences I've had from other places. Due to health issues and my body being in a precarious/fragile condition, I was wanting extremely light pressure, and Kristen was very gentle and fantastic at adapting to what I could tolerate. Can't wait to go back soon! Most relaxing experience I've had yet :D
