I am located out of Kiowa, KS where my husband Greg and I are raising our three beautiful children. In January 2015 I graduated from Integrated Massage Therapy School in Edmond, OK.

I believe that massage should be used to reduce the negative effects of mental and physical stressors on our health. With each client I take special care to "listen" to their muscles and use techniques that will improve not only the clients mood, but also increase their range of motion and flexibility.

I believe that massage should be used to reduce the negative effects of mental and physical stressors on our health. With each client I take special care to "listen" to their muscles and use techniques that will improve not only the clients mood, but also increase their range of motion and flexibility.

Massage therapy is a good fit for me because I have personally felt its benefits after an injury and I enjoy helping to enrich other's lives as mine has been. Currently I study deep tissue techniques to help prevent and help repair muscular injuries. I also dabble with other points of interest in the massage fields: Kinesio taping, aroma therapy, myofacial release, and neuromuscular modalities. In my spare time I run with my husband, garden, teach piano lessons, and do crafts with my kids...leaving me in need of a massage myself most weeks!
