Welcome!
 
My name is Kim Alvarado. I am the owner/operator of Massage 4 Life. I offer custom massages at affordable prices. When it comes to massage, one size/type definitely does not fit all. Instead of using a routine, I customize a massage plan just for you incorporating a variety of techniques including, but not limited to, manual lymphatic drainage, trigger point work, myofascial release, and isolated stretch muscle release. 

Online booking is now open. If you have not completed an electronic intake form since May, you must do so prior to your appointment or be subject to cancellation.  Clients are required to wear a mask at all times when inside the building.

Kim is one of the best massage therapist I have been to. I like that she is so diverse in her skills that she has the ability to customize every massage to your needs each time you see her. I work in the corporate world so I am on my computer all day 5 days a weeks so she focuses on my wrists and hands every time I see her to help relieve the tension and soreness. She has such a wide variety of skill set that she can do deep tissue massages to light relaxing massages. That is not something all massage therapists can do. She works on my teenagers who participate in all types of activities at school they are so comfortable with her...I highly recommend Kim, she is wonderful!
