Therapeutic Massage

Designed to remove severe tension, therapeutic tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and improve/heal injuries below the surface. This particular method incorporates CBD oil on any problem zones for additional effect, as well as moderate/firm pressure, stretching and trigger point therapy. It is less intense than deep tissue.

Sports massage with Cupping Therapy

Sports massage uses a variety of massage techniques designed to help your body feel freer and stronger, including moderate to firm pressure with deep tissue/trigger point techniques. At August Moon Massage, we include cupping therapy with the massage to remove deoxygenated blood from the muscle belly and to reduce adhesions. It is particularly great for those with active lifestyles!

Lomi Lomi massage

Lomi Lomi is a Hawaiian method that combines firm pressure from forearms over the whole body for a more thorough and relaxing massage. At August Moon Massage we include lime aromatherapy and sounds of the ocean to give you a little "staycation" right at home! It will leave you feeling serene and relaxed.
