Toshia is helping to correct some muscular imbalances/problems like sciatic and tight adductors. Her knowledge and skillset is absolutely amazing and goes beyond any typical massage therapist I have ever worked with. She strives to understand the source of the problem and then will work to improve or mitigate the problem and offer exercises or stretches to help beyond the massage sessions. She also is licensed at medical cupping which is very therapeutic. Brilliant at her work and personality! She helped my 5-year sciatic problem go away in just 2 to 3 sessions!! She is THAT good! Feel so blessed to have found Toshia!!

Toshia has been the only massage therapist that has truly focused on my problem areas and helped to alleviate the pain. I don't get massages to just relax. I get them to help manage or correct the discomfort I develop due to my work so it is important to me that I have a massage therapist that takes the time to have a discussion with me about what is being done and what I may need to do at home on my own as well. My sessions with her make it possible for me to be able to continue to do the job that I love. I have been to see massage therapists all across the country with limited results. I am truly grateful for Toshia as she is one of the best and worth every penny!

My Massage Therapy career started long before I received my license in 2005. No, I never "practiced" without a license but I did give massage to my hard-working Dad as a kid, in our living room, as he de-stressed from a long day. Then, as a college student, I gave massage to my stressed-out friends during finals week. Now I am married and have two kids in their teens. 16 years into my career as a Licensed Massage Therapist, I am excited and happy to begin working with Integrative Touch. Seven years ago, I walked into my first yoga studio. All my kids were off to college and I was looking for something to keep me busy. I was initially drawn to yoga as a form of exercise to move my body everyday. Overtime, this form of exercised developed into a passion. I found myself craving yoga and all the benefits it provided me with. Yoga became a way for me to merge my mind, body, and soul. I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2019 to gain more knowledge and deepen my practice. I cannot wait to share what I have learned with everyone and join them on their yoga journey!

Toshia is THE MOST AMAZING masseuse!! I cannot say enough good things about her. I love her so much!! She has been my masseuse for nearly ten years and will be for the rest of my days!! I swear she has x-ray vision because she always knows exactly what is going on with my muscles and knows how to fix the issue WITHOUT PAIN!! I have chronic muscle tightness and always need a very deep tissue massage and no matter how deep she digs in and how intensely involved she gets, I leave that massage table feeling 150% better! She is THE BEST!!

Truthfully I don’t like calling every week for a spot. This is something I’m dealing with, I wear hearing aides and at times still cannot hear Sukhi’s instructions. She has a very soft voice and while the background music is nice, it interferes. 😩She needs to use cymbals to indicate that the corpse pose is ending. Again b/c her voice is so soft

I had my massage with Angela and it was wonderful! I have never been to this place but my wife had, and said it was amazing. The place is very clean and organized. The floors were spotless and all of the items in the massage room seemed to be clean as well. The massage table was nicely prepared and warmed. The linens they used were soft, which was an added benefit. (I have been to some places where the linens were a bit rough...It doesn't really bother me, but having soft blankets/sheets did make the massage all the more relaxing.) Angela did a fabulous job of targeting the "troublesome" muscles in addition to the full body massage. Plus, she was very attentive to how it felt to me as she did not want to cause any discomfort/pain. All in all, this place is great and I will be returning in the future! Toshia is the most knowledgable and thorough massage therapist I have ever been to. She has several methods of getting knots out and talking to the body. She knows my body well enough to know exactly what I need each session. I have chronic pain and cant tolerate deep massage or cupping but she always knows just what to do and constantly checks in to make sure I'm comfortable. I love that she gives me homework between sessions to keep my body functioning and happy. I cant recommend her highly enough! Also, she is an all around awesome human being! I wont go to anyone else, ever. If she is booked, trust me, she is well worth the wait!
