Relax and Heal is solely owned and operated by Jen. After spending years taking care of patients in a traditional medical setting, Jen realized that relaxation was absolutely key to healthy and efficient healing in most cases.
Jen takes pride in her professional massage skills and relationships she is able to build with her clients.
