After getting ready for the massage, I waited for quite a while in the room while I heard the massage practitioner laughing and talking with her friend in the reception area. I thought the massage practitioner was very distracted throughout the massage. It seemed to me that she was looking at her phone for much of the time. She only partially addressed areas of my body that were sore even after I try to redirect her. Her attentions were unbalanced from one part of my body to the other for example, on one hand she manipulated all five fingers while on the other hand only three. There was a water fountain in the room which would alternately bubble then gush, sounding like somebody had turned on a faucet. This was distracting rather than calming. After the massage I was not offered water to drink. I have had many massages in the past and this was by far the worst I have experienced. I was quite disappointed.
