Services
Take care of yourself! Drift into muscle soothing, pain relieving relaxation with a custom Massage. Ashley focuses on medical issues as well as stress relief to help balance the well being of body and mind. Sessions may include a heated table, warm towels, cupping, essential oil and high quality pain creams.
Massage for Kids
Pediatric massage is not your typical massage! Depending on your child's age and development a session may include fun music, songs, massage stories, games and toys. Young children may be clothed and seated or laying down on a yoga mat. Older kids often graduate to a massage table.

Ashley was very thorough and adaptive to what my body needed. After a recent competition, my body was very tight and sore. She was intuitive with massaging out the tight spots without me feeling uncomfortable from the aches of soreness.

Ashley is able to pinpoint my problem areas. She has made an amazing difference in my daily life and was instrumental in my recovery from knee replacement. Massage therapy decreased swelling and my mobility and flexibility.

I've been seeing Ashley for about a month and have had such a healing and rejuvenating experience under her knowledgeable, insightful care. Ashley has a very gentle bedside manner and easy way about her that makes sessions so relaxing, like catching up with a good friend while also receiving treatment that is tailored and personalized to one's specific needs. I suffer from migraine headaches and a lot of related tension in my neck and shoulders. Even in just this month span, seeing Ashley once a week has greatly reduced the amount of stiffness and tension that I feel day-to-day, which greatly enhances my quality of life. I feel Ashley's work on me is bringing me closer to suffering less migraine attacks overall, which is a dream come true after having suffered from them so long. I look forward to booking many more sessions with Ashley in the future and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a massage therapist who is friendly, knows what they're doing, and is responsive to one's needs. Another plus, I like the home practice setting--so much more low-key, warm, and welcoming in atmosphere than reporting to a chiropractic office--love it!

Ashley is wonderful. One of the best massages ever. Her awareness of pressure is perfect.
My first massage with her, I dozed off which meant their was an immediate trust. Points where I am generally sensitive to pain in my neck and back were alleviated. It was a good stretch massage with deep tissue but was not painful. She is extremely professional and I would reccomend her.
