Therapeutic Massage includes Hot stones and Aromatherapy! Therapeutic Touch is a light massage technique that helps realign your body's natural energy flows. The Hot stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.

Lauren started massaging in 2016 and found her passion for helping others along their healing path. 2018 she completed a 2200 hour Diploma in Massage Therapy at Wholistic Health Training & Research Centre in Edmonton, Ab. Over the years Lauren gained experience in Ashiatsu, Lomi Lomi and Hot Stone Therapy. Lauren enjoys to spend time with family and friends, out in nature, being creative, reading books and practicing meditation during her spare time.
