Using my hands as well as my heart, I help my clients relax and bring them back to a world where life is manageable and find relief from pain and tension through therapeutic touch.  I specialize in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, (PNF)Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation,  swedish relaxation massage and foot reflexology as well as injury recovery -such as Motor Vehicle Accidents -upon referral.

Kathy really helped relieve a lot of my muscle tension and tightness in my neck and shoulder area as well as my back which had the most pain from being sore all week. She provided just the right amount of pressure that helped loosen up and alleviate the tightness in those muscles that were knotted up. Overall it were a very relaxing and calming experience and I will definitely be back.
