I have been through a lot. Three surgeries in 16 months. Medical trauma and life stress. My poor muscles where basically one big knot. I still have a ways to go in recovering from literally all the things. Lydia has helped me with a vital step towards feeling like myself again. Thank you.

Extremely professional, knowledgeable and considerate of my history with PTSD. Lydia possesses skills that are extremely effective and surprisingly medically minded.
