After graduating from Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, New York in 2002, she has practiced in various settings such as spas, offices, clients' homes, lodges & camps.

I had an excellent massage from Sherri. I was quite sore after a weekend of hard workouts. She did a great job identifying the trouble spots and using just the right amount of pressure to get them loosened up and feeling great.

Co-owner of Balanced Bodywork & Massage of Lake Placid and Keene Valley Massage, Jess is a 2008 graduate of Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, New York. She has spent the past 14 years working in a variety of settings including The Sagamore Resort, The Mirror Lake Inn and her private practice in Keene. These experiences, along with a degree in Applied Science in Nursing have given Jess an opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, ranging from pre and post-operative clients, hospice patients, weekend visitors, and elite athletes. Jess enjoys working with everyone and strives to provide customized care in a safe, professional, healing space.
Trained in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Hot Stone, Prenatal, Aromatherapy, Shiatsu, and Sports Massage, Jess uses a blend of modalities to adapt to each person's individualized goals. Her work targets clients' pain relief, range of motion, relaxation, stress relief and quality of life.
When not working, Jess keeps busy with family, playing outside, laughing, and enjoying all things Buffalo Bills!
