I've had dozens of massages and a lot of the time they do not listen to your complaints and treat those areas. Marlen listens and helps. Her massage was great. Got some knots that I wasn't even aware of. She also gave me tips to help work on my muscles at home. And she didn't talk too much, other than checking if the pressure was ok, which allowed me to relax completely.

The only dislike I HAVE to mention is when I came through the door a lady behind the desk was on a personal call and didn't acknowledge me for a good 5 minutes until she was off her call to ask me if I had an appointment. And then the silliness and laughing in the front and in the hallway was very unprofessional but I have to mention Marlene was not involved she was in a room with a client.

The ambiance at Karma Massage is very relaxing. The body starts relaxing immediately upon entering. Marlen Casasola knows her craft. Her hands are like magic. She has over 2 decades of experience. I did a 60 minute deep tissue massage and I wished I had done a 90 minute. She found every knotted muscle in my body and all areas of tension. For Marlen, this is not just a career or job, she is actually doing something she is passionate about. She is professional and has a pleasant personality. I have had many massages, on cruise ships and in Europe and Marlen is the best. I highly recommend her and Karma Massage.

Room was very nice, the massage table was heated and comfortable. The massage was very good and thorough. Only problem was could hear people talking a lot in the hallway which distracted from the relaxing atmosphere.
