The stress and overstimulation of day to day living rarely allows for us to reach that state of well being.  Regular massage can be beneficial in muscular issues, tightness and overuse.  The combination of reaching the rest & relax state, with the muscular tension being released is a powerful combination in your long term health and wellbeing.

We offer a range of techniques:  Deep Tissue, Pregnancy Massage, Trigger Point, Myofacisal Release, Swedish, Fully Clothed Chair Massage, Cupping.
