As a Mother and Practitioner, I am constantly amazed at the body's natural ability to heal itself when given care, nourishment & rest. Both my purpose & passion are helping my clients on their journey toward overall health & well being. I often say that it's a gentle process that leads toward results.

Elisa is one of the most competent therapists I have found to do deep tissue massage on my body. My work has me sitting for extended periods of time which causes enormous upper body tightness, pain and headaches. She is able to target specific areas and pinpoint where problems begin. She is only one of two therapists in my 20 years who actually does deep tissue neuromuscular therapy and is not just "pressing hard" calling it a deep tissue massage.
