Thai Massage

Thai massage integrates stretching with massage to leave you feeling free and relaxed. This massage is fully clothed (comfortable exercise clothes that you can stretch in) and will be performed on a thin floor mat to provide comfort and space to place your body in stretch positions.

Energy Balancing

Energy work is predominantly a non-touch therapy working in the realm of your energetic field around you. Many individuals experience meditative states, peaceful sleep, and/or awareness of the work during the session. Energy healing is a fully clothed bodywork practice. Each session is about an hour, with 15 minutes at the beginning to review health history, answer questions, and set intentions, and 15 minutes at the end to discuss the experience.

Swedish Relaxation Massage

Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.

Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.

Cupping Therapy (Optional Integration for Swedish or Deep Tissue massages)

Massage Cupping is a modern adaptation of the ancient art of cupping therapy. While massage performed by applying pressure, cupping instead uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissues. **The use of these tools does leave bruise like circles on the area of placement.** Not recommended for those on blood thinners or those who bruise easy.

I will connect with you and work with your connective tissue and muscles to figure out the source of the pain and begin to re establish balance and integration with the whole of your musculoskeletal system.
