I love working with the mind-body connection and offer guided meditations within relaxation massages to allow you to relax more deeply for an experience of blissfulness. I find relaxing the mind helps the body to release stored muscle tensions for a higher quality experience.

Brenda knows how to cater to the client. She listens to what the client needs as well as senses what you need and puts her plan of action in place. She is unlike any other masseuse I have been to. She’s unique because she is skilled in the body, mind and spirit. She can help on all levels. I have had hypnotic therapy, massage therapy, reiki, and rossiter with Brenda. If I am there for a particular session but she determines I need a different therapy we just shift gears and get it done.
