"Over the years of providing patient care and going through rehab for my own injuries and surgeries, there has been a common theme. Muscle imbalances, tightness or weakness, creates pain and will eventually lead to injury. And re-injury. And re-injury. Because we go through life performing the same activities over and over, as simple as they may be, we are creating functional imbalances. We need ongoing self care to help maintain symmetry and keep pain at bay. Using regular massage as that vehicle to well-being, I believe that this is possible"
