About Us

Integrative Massage Therapy and Bodywork. For every BODY! Every body shape, and every body size. Regardless of gender, race, or religion. The young, the old. We specialize in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Californian (Esalen style), Myofascial Release, Reflexology, Dry Cupping and Stretch Therapy. Each session is always custom tailored to the client’s unique condition, needs and expectations. Reduce muscle aches and pain, restore flexibility and range-of-motion, reduce cortisol and boost immunity – and, most of all, feel connected, relaxed and restored.

30 Minute (Pediatric Massage)

Massaging children requires a very different approach than when working with adults. Pace, pressure and quality of touch need to be tailored to their preferences, and sensitivities. Communication is key. A parent, or legal guardian, must be present for these sessions. Pediatric Massage is especially beneficial for children on the Autism Spectrum.

The ideal massage for those with limited time, or with a specific trouble area. In this session, we can offer you a full body relaxation massage with a little extra work in one target area, or we can tailor the session to allow for more detailed focus on either upper or lower body areas. Consider adding an enhancement to this session for terrific feel-great boost!
