I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and owner of Cedar Valley Medical Massage. I am a mom and LMT who "loves being able to help people with the gift of healing through massage." I live in Jesup, IA but grew up in Tripoli, IA. I have been a Massage Therapist since 2014 and five and a half years were spent in Oelwein at Oelwein Chiropractic Clinic and the last year was in Waterloo in my own practice!
I specializes in Pain Relief, both chronic and acute pain. Not only am I a LMT, I am also a Medical Massage Practitioner and am certified in Kinesiology Taping, Level 1 CranioSacral Therapy, and cupping which I learned through my Medical Massage Practitioner program!
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family, doing arts and crafts, reading, and working on my house!
