What is MELT Method?
MELT Method is a simple self-treatment method using small balls and a soft roller. You can enhance your yoga practice, eliminate chronic pain and re-hydrate your connective tissue by practicing MELT several times a week for as little as 10 minutes per day.
What types of Private MELT Method lessons are available?
You may invite up to 5 people to join you for a 30 Minute Private MELT Method Hand and Foot Treatment Lesson or a 60 Minute Private MELT Method Roller Lesson. Group sessions for up to 30 people are also available.
What type of Massage Sessions are available?
Beth uses Swedish, Myo-fascial Release and Neuromuscular techniques in her massage sessions
