I appreciated the fact that I was asked if it was therapeutic or relaxation I was going after for my visit. I've had many massages before where it wasn't really ever addressed. There is a big difference!

esther was very, very polite. however, this was my first visit and it would have been nice if she formerly introduced herself. also, she didn't ask if i wanted the heated massage table before turning it on. my skin is heat sensitive. so, i would have declined it. overall, the experience was good and esther was kind and courteous. i plan to return.
