I make things simple again. I graduated from the College of Wilmington (North Carolina) in 2010 with over 800 hours of hands on training in Manual Massage Therapy and am also a Licensed and Insured member of the American Massage Therapy Association. I firmly believe in the body's ability to heal itself and that Massage Therapy is one of the many proven paths to help restore ones health promoting relaxation and feelings of well being . The body feels connected and whole again bringing each client back to a world where life is manageable once more. My goal is to integrate the body for optimum function and maximum performance so you can work hard and play harder! My approach is always guided by the idea of balance, which is never static. This means developing an understanding of the living, fluctuating relationships of the body, which bodywork can have a tremendous influence on. The potential for genuine connection, close listening, and a strong, educated interest in another persons well-being is a foundation of Massage Therapy. You'll find me to be friendly, respectful, and professional.
