Prestige Touch is locally owned and operated. Kem and Rebecca Williams attended Indiana Wellness College together and was inspired to have a place of their own. So they decided to start Prestige Touch Massage. To gain experience, they worked in a spa and chiropractic settings. Both of them took CEU Courses to get Certified in different Modalities. They started providing services in November of 2018. They used to be only a mobile massage company based out of Indianapolis. In 2019 they had their first location. They provide Out-call and In-call services. Our services include: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, Sports, Chair Events and Craniosacral massages. Kem was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the process and applied the perfect amount of pressure. He was great at isolating problem areas (without me effectively communicating them). I included the hot rock add on and that was absolutely delightful. Kem is very attentive at reading body cues, checks in on you throughout the massage, and has a very soothing/relaxing voice. I very much enjoyed my massage.

While he appeared to come off as competent and professional at first, there were some things that didn't appear right: Before the session, he asked me what type of massage I wanted; I told him Deep Tissue and/or Sport (which is what I stated online via Groupon when I made the appt.), then, he in turn said he starts off his massages with mild pressure and progress from there, or something to that effect. While I didn't have an issue with that, the session began and about 10-15 minutes in HE ASKED ME if I wanted him to apply more pressure; I said YES. He didn't and continued to apply mild pressure. A few minutes later, I said to him that he could put more pressure on the massage; he didn't respond. After the session (which didn't seem like 60 minutes of a massage), he stated that my body was tight and didn't want to apply more pressure, so as not to "injure" me (THEN WHY DID HE ASKED ME 2x, NOT TO MENTION THAT I ALSO TOLD HIM, TO APPLY MORE PRESSURE?!?!)...
