About Us

Theresa first heard the word "Reiki" and what it meant back in the 90's.  There was an instant inner knowing that becoming a Reiki Practitioner was what she was meant to do.  Theresa obtained the necessary Attunements including Reiki Master.   Sharing Reiki with family, friends and coworkers over these past years has been rewarding to both those receiving Reiki and for Theresa.  Her passion to share this loving energy is profound.   Reiki is a simple, gentle, hands on energy technique that is used for stress reduction and relaxation.  Reiki cannot hurt or harm in anyway possible.   Reiki addresses not only the physical body but the emotional body, the mind and soul as well.   Reiki energy is Universal Life Force Energy.   You may feel different things during a Reiki session.  Theresa's ... more

  • My first-ever Reiki experience was wonderful. I wanted to try it because I've been feeling over-stressed, out of balance and drained of energy. I started relaxing immediately as Theresa began Reiki. She held her hands a few inches above my body, very slowly moving from my head down toward my feet. I had not told her that my knees had been bothering me, but when she got to them, I felt warmth coming through the air from her hands. Then I realized the ache in my knees was gone! After the session, Theresa said a surge of energy came through her hands when they were above my knees, so I told her that for the last two weeks I had felt a nagging pain in them, and now it was gone. I don't understand how Reiki works, but I do believe Theresa channels healing power from God through her hands, and I'm very grateful I found her. When I need help in the future, I'll definitely go back to her again.
