Hi!

Welcome to my site. I am a licensed Massage Therapist with an additional license in Occupational Therapy. I specialize in John F. Barnes Myofascial Release and CranioSacral Fascial Therapy. I work with infants who experience difficulty in their first year of life with things such as breastfeeding difficulty, reflux, colic, gas, constipation, discomfort, tongue tie, torticollis, head shape issues (plagiocephaly), breathing difficulties, and ear infections.

I also work with adults who experience pain in any area including headaches, migraines, low back pain, sciatica, piriformis syndrome, carpal tunnel. I specialize in scar release from mastectomy, lumpectomy, c-section, and more.

I have been practicing since 2000 and have studied directly with leaders in corrective therapy including John Barnes, PT, and Barry Gillepsie, DMD. I have also taken Upledger CranioSacral Therapy courses.

I have also studied energy healing called Therapeutic Touch and am continually amazed at this work and how the body truly does heal itself in the right environment. We are all connected and I feel privileged to hold space for others to heal.

I currently have offices in Center City, South Philadelphia, and Drexel Hill.
