Liz grew up in New Prague, MN on her parents dairy farm, which still operates today. In 2008 she began practicing massage therapy and is skilled in traditional relaxation swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, graston technique, hot and cold stone therapy, reflexology, integrated energy therapy, abdominal therapy, and therapeutic massage. She excels at treating chronic pain and injuries, working with her clients to identify and treat the root causes of their pain, not just treating the symptoms. She has a passion for helping others and loves her career. I had an hour massage with Liz and she was very warm and welcoming when I first arrived! She asked what kind of pressure I was looking for and was consistent throughout the massage. She did incredible work and I left feeling so much lighter! She is the best and I will definitely be going back! :)
