Heather is very skilled at finding and FIXING the knotted muscles in my neck, back, and legs. She asks questions about what areas she should focus on during our sessions. The atmosphere is relaxing and soothing.
She even wore a mask (so did I), so I felt safe from COVD19. Everything is cleaned between customers too.

Heather was Amazing she really listened to me about my problem areas and worked them as necessary. I knew I had a constant shoulder problem but didn't realize how tight it actually was until after my massage with Heather. She is very professional, one thing I loved about her is that she did not try to carry on a conversation with me during the massage, I have had massage therapists in the past that want to "get to know me" and I am there to relax not a meet and greet. She did ask about my comfort level a couple of times at the beginning and that was to be expected. I really enjoyed massage the best I have ever had and I will be back!

I recently moved to Huntsville and have struggled to find a massage therapist that I'm happy with. I have an injured shoulder that has given discomfort for a long time; Heather was the first massage therapist for many months who was willing to really work with it. I left her office free of the discomfort and tingling that I had been dealing with. Amazing....and it still feels relaxed and free several days later.
