A little about myself, I've been a licensed massage therapist for 9 years in spas, chiropractor offices as well as being a self employed professional across 3 states. My style of therapy is geared towards those who have accumulated a variety of aches and pains ranging from migraines, tendinitis, stubborn trigger points, unhealed trauma from accidents and soft tissue imbalances that arise from your occupation and daily life - whatever that may be. My bodywork is on the heavier side where pressure is concerned and while relaxation is part of any good therapy session, I do focus my efforts on deeper work while making adjustments that work for you. I am part of the AMTA and have practiced in 3 states over the course of my career.

Whether they arise from your occupation, sleep or your hobby - this will be time well spent on whatever pains you have accrued. Table and all relevant items and supplies will be provided, there is no preparation necessary!

My style of therapy is geared towards working on chronic issues whether they arise from your occupation or from self care practices like yoga and exercise. While my sessions do have a relaxing aspect, I do my best to leave a lasting impact for the better.
Some of the issues I have had good results working with are tendinitis, headaches, TMJ, carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatica stemming from soft tissue imbalance and soft tissue imbalances overall.
Some soft tissue imbalances arise from repetitive tasks, pillows, chairs and desks that aren't optimal for your body and of course the unavoidable occupational wear and tear.
I bring everything to you - table, linens, lotion and ambience - there's no effort on your part.
I went to the Swedish Institute in New York and have been a full time therapist for nearly a decade.
