Sarah is amazing. I was in bad shape and she got me back on track and even suggested I purchase a High Density Foam Roller which arrives today.I was sore last night but that was expected.Slept sound and feel well adjusted. I will be back. Her tone is soothing and she's very informed about wellness. Something I'm trying to spend more focus on "self-care". It was such a pleasure to be taken care of for a change.
