I received my massage therapy training from MSC in Woodbury in January 2022. I enjoy helping people heal and recover from chronic pain, injury and chronic stress.  Some techniques that I offer include, deep tissue/trigger point therapy, lomi lomi massage and hot stone therapy. I also have my Doula training certification, and enjoy helping women throughout their pregnancy journey + postpartum. Please reach out with any questions!

I can’t say enough good things about Autumn’s service! I had a shoulder injury that was pretty painful when I got there last night, and she spent a lot of time working on the injured area. It felt quite a bit better when I left, and today it feels WAY better! And my super stiff neck and upper back are feeling so much looser today too. Plus, she uses hot stones during the massage that feel amazing!

Excellent touch in that it was both relaxing and therapeutic. Autumn was able to pinpoint and work through all the many tight places. She is magic! I would highly recommend Autumn. In fact, I have a repeat appointment scheduled.

Autumn has such a beautiful gift of healing hands with her Reiki treatments. I've gone twice now and it's like no other Reiki treatment I've ever had. If you are open to it, she will use her drumming and singing bowls, smudging and crystal therapies to cleanse your energy field/Aura, clearing and balancing your chakras. She is TRULY one of a kind! I have my massage with Benjamin first and then my Reiki session with Autumn afterward. They have a combination session that is 45 min of massage and 45 min of Reiki. I highly recommend trying it, I wouldn't do one without the other again. It's the complete relief and healing pkg. Simply wonderful!!
