As a licensed massage therapist and medical massage practitioner, I specialize in manual therapy techniques for the treatment of acute and chronic muscle pains. Let me help you develop a treatment plan with the goal of getting out of pain and active again.
I am continually learning and sharpening my skills through classes and other therapists. I’ve studied Medical Massage, Thai, Shiatsu, Trigger Point, and Reflexology massage techniques. I incorporate some of each modality into every session to deliver the best massage possible.

I would highly recommend Tricia. She is very knowledgeable and good at what she does. This was my first experience, and I did the 90min sports style massage to help work on some hip and leg issues that I've had for years. She was able to make some big improvements in just 90mins. She provided me a write up of the issue, what was addressed, outcome, and follow up recommendations. I will be going back for another 30min session and hopefully I'm good from there!

I think Tricia is a natural healer. I have had pain for two years and in one visit the
difference is amazing. Tricia is very knowledgeable, professional and almost intuitive.

Tricia's professionalism and knowledge of the human anatomy and bodywork techniques it's amazing!
I'm a LMT and I've been in the field for 7 years. It's hard for me to find therapist that truly know how effectively release muscle tension without hurting you.
I've been suffering from low back issues and hips due to a car accident 23 years ago.
With muscle testing, TP (trigger points) and PNF stretches (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) my pain decreased rapidly with only 15 minutes.
She genuinely cares that you feel better (not suffering in the process) with effective techniques so you can move freely without pain.
She's a wonderful bodywork therapist and I highly recommend her services.

Tricia did a great job of reviewing my posture and inquiring about possible trouble spots before I got on the table. Her knowledge of specific stretches to work on different muscles was very helpful and she communicated well explaining what she was working on and why. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a massage for both relaxation and muscle/posture issues.
