I met Sarena Williams 3 years ago at the Rodeo Houston Sports Med orientation, and have watched her do some amazing work on the riders.... at the end of every shift I would say “I really need to come see you!” Well today was the day and wow my body has not felt this good in a very long time. I spend so much time worrying about the horse and their well being as an athlete, I don’t practice what I preach and take care of myself! So often us riders do that, it’s a terrible habit. I plan to come regularly every month to keep up how great I’m feeling.
