About Us

My name is Cristie Siegele and I am a healing artist from Costa Rica practicing in Houston, Texas.

I practice different healing modalities in a nourishing approach and offer safe space for healing. I have experience working with all bodies, people of all ages, levels of experience, scar tissue and traumas, and people with disabilities. I enjoy work trade with fellow artists, gardeners, etc., and offer donation based rates for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ familia.

I offer free phone consultations for all my services. Modalities can be mixed, including, massage therapy, reiki, sacred plant spirit medicine, energy work, yoga and meditation. I also offer therapeutic tools to support your goals that you can find in my apothecary listed below.

My massages are customized just for your needs. I offer CBD, Swedish, and Deep Tissue massage. Can be combined with Reiki and other healing tools. All CBD massages include a sample of Charlottes Web Recovery 10mg gummies that can be purchased in my apothecary. Additionally, I have advanced prenatal and postnatal training and offer safe massages for all stages of motherhood.
